My favorite part of Hanok is the heating system. It makes the whole house super warm without making the air dry as heater does, and also reduce heating expenses. Well if you don't control the temperature right way you could get burned, but it still better than sleeping in a freezing cold room... I guess? haha. My grandfather still lived in Hanok till when I was young, so I remember how much I liked it :)
