Poor people do not dare to dream about medical treatment for their children, because they can not have the amount up to 40 million or even more. Viettel's program "Heart for children" is also derived from this thought. People want to give the children a new heart, a new life for them to live and firmly enter the world. This is also a philosophical activity, "Linking production activities with humanitarian and social activities."
I have had the opportunity to participate in the program "Heart for Children" .. This is a program that makes me have a lot of emotions. This program has a humanitarian meaning and it is bringing life to millions of children.
"Heart for Children" is a humanitarian charity program co-organized by the Viettel Group and the Viet Nam Television Foundation. According to this program, free heart surgery for children under 16 years old in Vietnam; to improve the capacity of cardiovascular disease treatment for the health system in Vietnam; Organizing congenital heart disease screening activities for children in remote areas to help detect and treat children with congenital heart disease in time.
Having a healthy heart will help change the way of life and help them have a brighter future. Since the start of Viettel, many businesses have joined hands in the program. "Heart for Children”” from a single initiative has become a humanitarian program that has received the support of thousands of individuals and organizations in Vietnam and abroad.
Donors at home and abroad have donated VND120 billion to 3,500 poor children with congenital heart disease during the past 9 years.
"In just an hour here, there are many donors who support the program. I think this is a very meaningful job. I hope that there will continue to be more donors, more businesses accompanying the program to bring joy, happiness and life to poor children across the country. "
