lol, the zombie part.
So, I used to have this recurring dream where I was being chased, but I could only run backwards. As a result, i learned to fly by flapping my human arms like a bird.
Funny side note: It took me a year of dreams to learn how to fly like that. And for the first few months, I couldn't land properly. So I had to just hit the ground rolling. Weirdest year of my life, lol
Anyway, because of my love for zombie entertainment, the thing chasing me in those dreams has been replaced with zombies. Not as fun as watching a zombie movie. I've woken up with an adrenaline rush before lol.
Oh man, I wish I could slap a fool sometimes, hahaha!
But that wouldn't really solve anything. :P
So I can just continue the visualisation? I thought you said the first 15 minutes after waking up were the most important?
I don't know whether to laugh or be shocked !! that zombie thing was adventurous, but if it was lucid dreaming, then you could have changed the dream with your wish isn't it?
Yes you can continue. How much time does the person waking you up takes?
Hmm, sometimes yes, sometimes no. Depends on when I realise it's a dream, the magnitude of the dream, and whether or not I want to explore the dream anyway.
Zombies are one of those monsters that can be symbolic for a lot of things. And how a person reacts to them can say just as much. So sometimes, it's worth exploring the zombie dream.
Also depends on if it's actually a dream or not. I don't think dreams (including nightmares) are always dreams... maybe I'll make a "dream theory" post one day to explain that, lol.
It varies.
