Lol! Almost makes you not want to give a tip when the are that pushy about it!
This was a Las Vegas shuttle service that made a couple of stops along the strip. Cheaper than a taxi or Uber but they will remind you they want a tip’

Tipping here in the EU is so different. Only in restaurants or cabs but just a little bit or a bit more when you are really satisfied. Not +15% preprinted .
