Windshield Wipers

Hi Friends,

Rain is fairly uncommon where I live in California, so when it does come, you can be sure the worst comes out in the local drivers.

I have found a great way to pick out the “bad” drivers in the rain, you know, the ones who you need to be wary of or they may do pull a bad move and cause a crash. My method is the “windshield wiper” test – how fast are their windshield wipers going. The faster the are going, the worse a driver they are!

A windshield wiper should be slow and steady not spastic and hurried. Watch out for the wild wipers!
