simple: you drive and reach there awake and leave your car in parking lot while leaving the bar returning with a taxi. Or one person in a group doesnt drink and drives back. Anyway drinking alcohol is bad.

Yes it is as you say it.
But you know that parking lots remains empty even after the bar closes. All drives back whether drunk or not.
