I was finally able to start mowing my yard for the first time this year. I was only able to get the back yard done today but I did have some awesome finds while out there. First I found this nice turkey feather.
But what was more amazing was this deer rub on my tree.
What is amazing about it is not only the fact it isn't rutting season yet but the height off the ground! This has to be one huge deer. I even got a picture of the tracks it left around the tree!

Just this morning I had a turkey run in front of me then take to wing and fly to the top of one of the tallest trees here. Plus looking towards my woods I saw a doe standing there watching me.
I dont know turkies can fly, maybe its a wild turkey specie, that a great place, which country is that @guarddog?
Yes wild turkey fly very well short distances. I'm in the U.S A. Tennessee to be exact.
