Is it not regenerating from a ramp-up? Or this is only a UI thing? No idea
It's a backend thing I believe, some API which shows the payout/rep is broken. So witnesses will need to upgrade to 0.18.2.
Actually if the system's not transparent, this is how stealth transactions would generally look like.. I wonder what'll happen if payout amounts aren't shown
