In the land of streaming on Twitch.tv, this year I made a list of goals to mostly help me remember that I have things to do and should get stuff done.
It's a pretty simple list nothing to extravagant, most goals should be easily completed this year.
Here's the list as it currently that on my discord server.
Stream goals (stats, etc)
Average viewership: 5-10 CCV (or at least consistent growth/uptick in viewership would be nice)
Subs: Hit ten active subs at least once this year. (hit 6 this month already!!!)
Consistency: Stream 5 days a week! (subject to good and bad days.. stuff happens but I know I can handle this pretty easily. ^^)

[Avatars] Shmooglify other Rikkor avatars
[DONE] [Streamer.bot] Finish automated avatar switching system and redeem
[Streamer.bot] Update pokecatch system to include avatars as unique catch types, build website or on screen overlays for !stats commands, etc.
[Streamer.bot] Design and complete raidboss system tie-in with pokecatch.
IRL stuff
[Computer] Finish computer case mod changes so my computer is back to normal and also upgraded.
[DONE] [Room] Re-arrange room so I can use VR for vnyan and generally use the space better.
[VR] Finish my eye and face tracking mods for my valve index headset
[Desk] Make a shelf thingy over my monitor to mount lights, camera etc too and extra storage.
[Retro Gaming] Fix my PS2 and it's controllers so I can retro console game on stream. (Require room rearrange to be completed)
[Life] Get up in the morning consistently rather than 3pm like most days currently. (kinda super important if I want to get anything done lol)

[Tiktok] Get old good clips reuploaded, Edit clips with subtitles and such
[YouTube] Also put clips on YouTube, keep VOD playlist organized.

January summary
I had forgotten that I was meant to do a recap at the end of each month up until now. So that's what prompted me to write up this post.
January is a mixed bag.. I've lost 2 close relatives this year already, an aunt and an uncle.
Like I've said previously on other socials. I've kind of mentally prepared myself for this for so long that I'm pretty much indifferent to it all.
I feel bad that I feel so little when it comes to someone I know dying. I feel.. a lot worse when I think about the fact that my DAD has in the last few years lost 2 sisters and a brother. My dad doesn't really show much emotion in this situation either, largely because he is in a perpetual state of depression and misery. He's always felt miserable and depressed so how can you feel anything worse when you are already at rock bottom.. it's that kinda thing. I'm generally.. either indifferent or deliberately avoiding the subject and just waving it off as a 'shit happens' sorta thing..
Anyway.. Absolute terrible start to the year.
On the other hand I'm glad I made this goal list, its good to go back and remember things have actually happened and I'm not in a complete cycle on stagnation.
Currently working on my computer as a priority sort of.. Need one good day of energy and motivation plus some good weather and we'll be able to finish it up pretty quickly. I'm unsure if I'll install a fresh windows or not. I really don't want to have to reinstall and set up all my applications again..
Another positive that's appeared and you may have seen in some post from me on Hive is that I've been frequenting some music events on VRChat. This has really been a nice way to unwind and have some fun up until now, Most recently it's not been so enjoyable but that's largely due to tiredness I think.
My feet have been very painful as of late when in VR, Might have to make some sippers my trackers can attach to or something for better comfort, or get a nice fluffy rug or something.
I've had a few very positive interactions with random people who have come up to me and complemented me on how my avatar looks which is really nice.
Anyways my train of thought has become a mess so I'll leave this post here, thanks for reading.
