RE: Crash Test Dummies

Its decentralized but Steemit Inc decides, its completely reliant on content creators and the social interactions created thereof while there's no end to the numerous references in the white paper about "social media" exactly as in your article but because it's coupled with a token then it's not social media.

Someone sounds quite certain about the future of Steem and Steemit and doesn't have any reservations to it failing because even though communities or dapps doesn't address any of the underlying causes of much of the problems that plagued steemit and Steem before Dan even left which is the constant self voting and vote selling behavior and the consequential toxic environments those fester for the backbone of this Blockchain which is the population of content creators and curators and in turn driving them away, long before RC and long before HF18.fail let alone HF19 and that is briefly hinted at in your article yet it veered from directly discussing the fact that the "next stop" on these tracks is another deserted town without any amenities or the infrastructure to deal with our "passengers" and their needs who will continue to be robbed and cheated without as much as resistance to that.

Ok I see where you are coming from now Baah.

You make some interesting points.

I am sure Tarazkp has considered it failing as have I. But it the end investing is about risk v reward - if Steem is a success the reward will be enormous. 100-1000× over the next 10 years. If it fails - well don't put all your eggs in one basket.
