The fight or flight mechanism in your brain has been jammed on by the sound of it man. The whole mind "voice acting" thing is certainly part of it as well as you mentioned.
Not sure if you're one for speed, but if that is the case make sure to switch that into something from the downer spectrum of medicine. The amphs have a nasty long term side effect of shorting out the fight or flight mechanism in the brain. Certainly no doctor on this, and it might not be the case in your situation, merely sharing things found out over time by myself.
Generally the EMF interference in the brain will form a build up and tear down cyclical nature, at least that is what I'd heard anyways. Interesting that you're getting compliments and over bearing excitement, certainly is not the case in a lot of these type of things going on elsewhere from experience and reading anecdotal things online.
Someone letting you know what it is before it happened might not directly mean it was them. Just the very awareness of some possible future happening will begin to rewire it, we in a sense create our own realities, and when you start introducing people to even the possibility of such a thing as V2K being possible it may dredge up and instill extreme levels of paranoia, fear, etc etc etc. I know about this stuff, doesn't mean I hold a switch to include people into the thing. Not saying it's any mental illness or anything in your case for sure, but to people with previously undiagnosed mental issues this type of stuff can "trigger" them in a sense.
Not personally seen any type of entrainment happening beyond the planting of "brain worms" and other strange psychological fringe practices. I imagine if it isn't just some random bullshit that the system attempts it's probably custom tailored for each target or their own unique psyche fingerprint.
And of course, take everything you read online with a grain of salt. Lots of dis-info and crazy shit out there, for all I know maybe I'm just a crazy person. :D
