lol i put that thing in the air fryer and i think it works great.
sweet potatoes used to be really popular in korea during winter. it was like 20 years ago. not so much anymore 😆

I had that at several other occasion during my stay in Busan, at the Metro underpass, and also one of the Chinese shop at the underground market 😂 I like the charcoal burnt smell from the Chinese shop(but the lady doesn't speak Chinese 🤣), but the one from a steam cage is soft and easy to melt down in mouth, but it doesn't have the caramelized smell.
