Back in sync and testing again in Mining Sim

Back in sync

In my last post I wrote about getting my nodes back in sync from a checkpoint.

They have stayed in sync since then, so even though the chain did fork and a clean replay is not possible anymore because of the mistake I made, it does seem stable again for now.

So for now testing can continue again, which is the main thing I wanted to get back to.

What changed since then

Since then I added another hosted node, and also added a way on the player page to switch between which node you want to see data from.

I also did the update again where it all went wrong before. This time it worked as intended, so difficulty is now 1 and energy consumption depends on that from the update onward.

Next update

The next planned update should go live later today. That one adds anomaly reporting for the Discord bot, so we can get more info there about who joined and what profile they picked.
