Rules for bonus

If you have the winning number you win the bonus
If no winner your number will be carried over to the next drawing (which you can pick and additional number on that drawing also, all numbers will be carried over till there is a winner)
How will the winner be determined.

( i will be using the evening pick 4 numbers drawn from the nc lottery drawn only once a day!)

As you can see the 4 numbers drawn were 6003 so if someone picked that they would have won the bonus
