I finally move on to the next level. Wow.
This one is rough, with nonstop waves of enemies and threats. Move fast. I gradually developed a strategy for this level, through various replays. With the benefit of hindsight I can say go for the lower-level food first once you have half a dozen ants or more that you can sent off in one group, after that keep adding ants to the group and expanding it, move the marker to a new food cluster on the shore. Make sure you move out of the low tier when the tide starts rising, if you move fast right at dawn then you'll have those lower level cleared before the tide actually becomes an issue.
You might have to skip doing any major gathering during the first day. This isn't as big of a deal as it seems even though the announcer goes a bit nuts. XD Spam workers as you start out and send them out in a big zerg rush, you should start building warriors as the tide goes down so you can survive the first night.
Take this with a grain of salt since I've been playing on Easy for this video. :D
