Ranks mean almost nothing these days as their value has deteriorated for more then one reason,some of which include smurfing,hacking,to many globals,and overall to many skilled players capped at GE, so don't be discouraged if your not a top dog, because this is all a massive chain reaction and you must just keep going to get where you want to be.
