I am back with another new MUGEN character from Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 This time its ROCKET RACOON based on the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 version. I, like so many of us, am a huge fan of the MVC series. Nothing delights me more than to see such high quality 2D versions of UMVC3 coming to mugen.
