Blade and Soul, released on January 19, 2016, is one of the best rpg games I played, it is another of the great reaches of NCSOFT, and I remember that when it was released the servers were saturated in an incredible way, introducing a concept of new gameplay and very innovative classes this game won a space in my heart, and I'm sure in the hearts of others who played it.
In this publication I will talk a little about the things that make this game a great choice, maybe I will not go into much depth in all aspects, but I will comment on the things that I knew about him and that I think are important to mention.

Perhaps one of the most attractive things about this game is the fact that it is Korean, so it is full of oriental traditions, stories and millenary legends, which can be fiction but taking references to real stories and beliefs. Spoken in Korean and subtitled in English, with a very interesting plot, between good and bad characters, always with a spicy flavor in each cinematic.

The Jin, characterized by the meaning of the word ''Jin'' which means ''Unyielding effort'' in the ancient language of the eastern continent, are those who make up the most famous warriors in the history of B&S, they are physically smaller than the Gon but they are very tenacious and versatile.
The Jin are considered friendly, with a great notion of choice versus good and evil.

The Lyn are carriers of tails and animal ears, descendants of mischievous legendary animals. Their acute senses have made them survive in the world and to learn to get away from danger.
They have the gift to communicate with the spiritual world, and take advantage of that to make contact with family members.
Yun
This race is only female, they are in tune with nature and are strongly linked to it. Its appearance comes from a mythical Asian bird named Funghuang who has bestowed its elegant, delicate features.
The Yun are considered as having the best creative and artistic ability, also craftsmanship, there is beauty in everything they create.

This class is characterized by using a sword, having a lot of defense and counter to the enemy class, it is very powerful in battles and its techniques are based on a lot of attack speed and extraordinary maneuvers, dodging without pause while counteracts with devastating attacks.

The Blade Master changes positions and in its second change it gets faster attacks, it is a class easy to use but difficult to master, it has unique abilities like the famous technique "Flock of Blades" where it invokes several flying swords.

Destroyer
This class is only available in the race characters: Gon.
The destroyer is the strongest character in the game, and the biggest threat in the game. They are characterized by using large axes, and by dominating their enemies on the battlefield. It has a lot of mass control so it can be defended against large groups of enemies.
One of his most characteristic ability is to take his enemies and throw him in some desired direction, or hit him leaving him totally helpless.
Summoner
This class is only available in the race characters: Lyn.
This character is played in conjunction with a cane and a familiar, presented in this case as a sweet kitten, which helps to crush the enemies. The relative has the characteristic of tank-making, drawing the attention of the enemy and receiving the damage while the Summoner does damage from a distance or heals it.

Force Master, this class represents the typical elemental magician who deals damage at a distance, but with a very short casting time, using an orb. It has the ability to attack while moving, which makes the battle very dynamic. As you know, being these magicians are weaker in the melee, so knowing how to position yourself when fighting is the key.

This class is able to switch between fire elements, with which it performs attacks that accumulate damage or with the water element, with powers to control the masses and improve their defense. They can also trap the enemy and keep him in the air defenseless.

The dungeons in Blade and Soul are quite dynamic and the maps are quite visually attractive, like the game itself, I do not like to highlight a game just for its graphics but it deserves a lot of prizes just for the graphics and for all the good things .

A particularity of the PvE mode in this game is the existence of the Instance Lobby, where groups can be assembled very comfortably even though being a solitary player, the function of this Lobby is to unite several people who play alone in a group, where everyone seeks to enter to the same Dungeon.

Something unique about this game is that within the instances before encountering a boss they put a small statue that gives lives, as in the style of the retro games.

Another thing is the loot system when collecting valuable items within the instance, such as weapons, soulshields, (considered as the armor within the game), jewelry and among others. The system you have is not for a roll says, but as an auction, whoever puts more of their money takes the object. The money collected in the loot is distributed among all the members of the group.

Something to take into account is the difficulty of leveling, it is moderately difficult but not impossible, it can be leveled up to the maximum level in a short time, the campaign missions are quite simple and apart you can enjoy its cinematics.
PvP System - Arenas
The PvP system is another wonderful thing in this game, it is a game where the PvP is open anywhere on the map as long as the faction suit chosen at level 8 - 10 is used. This way dying is avoided by being unprepared, enemies will come for us as long as we are prepared using our suit for combat.
Among the existing factions there are two, Cerulean Order and Crimson Legion.

These factions are defined as great clans in which each player registers depending on their tastes. Within those two clans, then, things are done collaboratively. Cerulean Order players can not be in the same Guild with a Crimson Legion, they are different factions, so the Guilds are created separately as well. However, they can play and live together, as long as they do not have the faction uniform on.
Another system of PvP that has this game are the arenas, where you win prizes and classifications for the character. Among these there are two modes, 1v1 or 3v3, each of these has 3 rounds. In the same way as the PvE Lobby, there is a PvP Lobby to make your Arena group and fight against 3 other players.

The PvP in this game is very fast, for all the mobility that stands out every class and speed can be a shock in a first encounter with this mode, the player must get used to this dynamic game mode.

Something good about the confrontations in the arenas is that the system can match you with someone of more level, and to compensate all the difference when entering combat you arrange the states of the character according to your opponent, so the armament would not be a great disadvantage .

Finally, this game has been very good since its first release, it is true that the population has dropped so much, that after having opened a lot of servers today there are only two in the NA, but its most loyal players continue to support it. To pass the time is excellent and very entertaining, the classes are also very innovative and the gameplay will never bore you, every time you discover more things, and more personalizations. My publication could not cover everything that this game has good.
I recommend it a lot for people who have a good computer to play, their graphics deserve to be appreciated to the fullest. Your gameplay will surely love you and you will want to spend time. My personal recommendation is to play with friends from the beginning, and try all the classes, they are worth it.

I ran a summoner in B&S when I played. It was a ton of fun! I liked the way the controls worked. It felt like a hybrid FPS/MMO, and the graphics belied it's free to play business model.
