I'm not gonna spend any more time on Cuphead. You all know more or less my opinion on this subject, if you have consulted the video discovery that I was able to make lately. Having said that, I will come back to a specific point. Beyond that, artistic direction, sublime in fact, which makes the whole interest of the game lies more particularly on its difficulty. This title can be compared to a sweet treat, both attractive and appetizing, if you take the trouble to appreciate it. And that's where I'm going to dwell today...

I write this text especially to respond to the controversy that this game provokes in the community and especially among the self-proclaimed "specialists" who dictate, by their enlightened opinions, the criteria of interest of a video-funny work. The so-called "rainmakers" and "weather-makers" in the middle of the field, criticize the accessibility of the title, which is not "universalist", since it is dedicated to a certain fringe of the players' population: Hardcores-gamers. Dreadful and astonishing, shake before this game that will surely repel you if you don't have the clout of a certain elite! Get out of the way! Lock women and children in your home for fear of frustration and failure! No, this filth is not for you!
Bad faith?
Dear minstrels, have you lost your competitive spirit or even the desire to progress in the face of adversity? But what have you been up to lately? For if there is one thing I have learned during all these decades of games and discoveries of all kinds, it is that you were not born with a gift that predisposes you to end a game with increased difficulty, one finger in the ass and the other in the nose. Of course not, and I'm the perfect example (I confess to having a lot of experience in this field...)! Although impressive and confusing at first glance, the main focus of this type of game is the margin for progress, overtaking and investment.

Oh, that's right! It's something different than thinking of yourself as a roxor, at the touch of a button, in a title like COD or even David Cage productions... Cuphead as well as other titles that come to mind such as Demons Souls, Hardcorps Uprising, Super Meat Boy, let's teach players, even uninitiated ones, qualities and virtues that other games with a more passive vocation. Patience, learning, challenge, developing strategies, have you forgotten everything that made us tremble beyond the simple "adventure"?
Is your opinion still legitimate?

Should Cuphead be relegated to the rank of inaccessible games because "demanding", at the risk of missing out on a real marvel? No, this game is of course dedicated to everyone, whether you are a novice or an expert. And it's all the more gratifying to reach the end of such an event, no matter how long it took, than to reach the end of a giant QTE (I troll, of course!). I repeat myself again, but isn't it you who impose a ludic dictatorship, or does everything have to be sanitized and standardized in order to find its importance? Cuphead is pure video game, with a more advanced and subtle interaction than we think!
oh my goodness.
i can not wait to play this one
