US Military Started Launching a Red Balloon Known Toxin on Americans In Hebrew year '99
5699 RED BALLOONS has now been solved. And, because the US military suffered no consequences for their actions, this testing is likely ongoing. In the 1940s, it was already known that Serratia caused infection in humans. In 1949 (Hebrew 5699), the US government began launching this bacteria in balloons over populated areas of the US as an 'experiment', sickening people.
