All aboard the pirate ship! Wait, what, again? No one is really fond of pirates ever since Mean Streets of Gadgetzan's introduction of Patches made us spend 1600 dust on a 1 mana 1/1 card after realizing you can't win without it. But at least until the next rotation pirates are still very present in most decks that have the intention of being aggro.
Now considering arena, Southsea Captain is most of the time just a vanilla 3/3, which is not awful, but you can definitely find better picks. That is unless you already drafted at least a couple of pirates and you can go for some unexpected pirate synergy and make people hate pirates even more.
And here are the Captain's sounds in different languages, in case you were ever curious:
Expansion: Classic
Class: Neutral
Lightforge Arena Score: 78
Cost to craft: 400 dust
Current Tier 1 decks that include it: Tempo Rogue, Murloc Paladin
Worth it: Anytime pirates are in the meta, totally
