I, personally, have not preordered the game given my experience with the Alpha. This is the first time since I started online gaming that I will not preorder a Call of Duty but I have been disappointed the last couple of year. In addition, I continue to find myself playing more Destiny 2 every day now. This has brought my friends list to a large rift as we are hardly playing anymore which is somewhat unfortunate as playing as a team is the fun part of online gaming.
I will probably give the Beta a try once it is open so that I can play with the friends online. I only hope that they have improved a number of the issues that the Alpha had. Given that Treyarch is developing the game, I trust that it will be better rather than worst so I will probably also eventually buy it. However, given that the next installment of Destiny 2 releases only days before Call of Duty, it may take a while for me to get it installed in my new PS5 come November.
