Welcome! to HIVEQuest a play-by-post RPG game
HIVEQuest is an ongoing and growing RPG world. New Players are always welcome. Players can come and go as they desire, just let us know when you are leaving (say you are taking an IRL 2 week vacation) we will make sure your character is somewhere safe until you return (or Thunk may just cover you with leaves on the side of the road).

I will be posting a new turn every 48 hours during role playing rules to give players time to interact.
To help speed up Quests during Questing rules I will post when everyone is done with their actions. Sometimes this is less than 48 hours.
Hey Guys! I had issue's with my Bots not working for HiveQuest and some family Health problems. I am back and we are ready to continue our adventure.
Also I acquired Holybread.io during this time.
I am working on getting a website setup so you can see your Inventory, and a longer term goal is you will be able to sell some of the items you find in Hivequest on to the Holybread players, giving you another wave to earn some HIVE tokens.

OUR STORY SO FAR
As the party defeats the spiders & snakes in the 1st corridor. Thunk & Badpupper are both holding onto one side of a chest with the wounded Purple snake in it.
They are both sweating a lot and wondering (Why is this thing so heavy?)
OOC: Both of characters are currently poisoned.
The party enters a new area.
It looks like the last corridor but somehow the torches are still working?
All party members are at the bottom of the map.

Chingus runs his eyes at the flickering light of the torches and raises an eyebrow, "I thought this place was supposed to be abandoned to the beasts".
He turns back towards the other party members, "Someone or some thing clearly lives here and they're apparently intelligent enough to light torches, we could try speaking to them before we do the usual thing".
Chingus uses his Languages skill along with Search to try and find any scraps of paper or wall carvings that might clue him into the language of the current inhabitants.

You pick up 1D20 and roll a 13
It appears at one time the walls were covered in Dwarven Runes, but have been replaced with common goblin tongue.
Chingus frowns but shrugs after a few beats, "Goblins aren't a best case scenario, but we can still probably negotiate with them. Did anyone pack bribes?"
Chingus uses his last action to study the goblin scrawl with his languages skill, trying to refresh his memories of the time he dated a Goblin Chieftain's daughter. Good times.
