Hello Steemians and guildies, welcome back to another raid video to Uldir. In this run am doing a looking for raid to the second wing of Uldir. What seems to be a very fun raid to do if i had done it with the guild. And im a guildmaster but also a raid leader, and there when im doing Looking for raid, then i get annoyed big time, because i would do it different. I would lead the raid and tell everyone what to do or how to kill a boss, and that's not happening in LFR. In LFR people do not listen to others and they just do what they think is best, and imagine what will happen when 25 people think like that? Yes that's chaos and there for i love raiding, to do something with a group in a organized way, and after we kill a boss together, then everyone will feel like they were part of something bigger, and will support the group feeling to work together with strangers or friends. And this is how i managed to make sure that guildies become friends with each, who where strangers from day 1.
And that is very nice to see a person from one country become best friends with a stranger from a complete different culture or country. One time i had a British soldier who just came from Iraq, playing together with a person who lives in Iraq, and normally they would be enemies, but in Warcraft was one the warrior and the other the healer, and they worked together as a team and completely ignored the outside world.
That saying our world leaders should create a raid team and il bet world problems would be solved within one week! :)
