I definitely do agree with a lot of the points made in this article. In LoL most times I try to mess around with runes and gear rather than following online builds. I find it makes the game more fun for me as I get to explore things. I have had people mad at me because my build isn't "right," which lowers my satisfaction with the game. I think testing features and abilities is an amazing part of gaming that more people should try.

Those that learn how to make something out of what they have end up getting further than those that lack the ability to make substitutions when needed.
It is always amusing when someone tells you that not how you are supposed to do something in a video game.
