More new games to get excited about that will be released in March, and there are some big titles coming!
So far this year, there have only been a few big titles released, some of which didn't live up to expectations. Now as the year is progressing, there are some huge titles being released, and March is a month all gamers should be getting hyped about.
So here are 5 games that will be released in March.
5 – Far Cry 5.
- Release Date – 27 March.
- PC, PS4, Xbox One.
The Far Cry franchise is Crytek's baby from since before even the Crysis games over 10 years ago, then Ubisoft got hold of the game and took it to a whole new level and Far Cry has been such a huge success for the company. Now we are going to see the 5th rendition of the series.
This game takes place in a religious cult orientated town called 'Hope' deep in the USA, and you take on the role as the deputy sheriff and are tasked with taking them down.
It is a new take on the classic FPS open world game we all know and love and it will be good to see how the game plays out.
From the in game footage that has been released so far, it looks insane. Fantastic graphics, millimetre perfect character movements and incredible voice acting. It looks AWESOME!.

4 – A Way Out.
- Release Date – 23 March.
- PC, PS4, Xbox One.
This looks as though it will bring a whole new meaning to Co-Op gameplay thanks to its unique game style and accompanying story line.
This third person action adventure has been designed with old school split screen action in mind and to be played with either a buddy in the same room as you or across the net, yet it can also be played as a solo too. The 2 main characters in the game are called Vincent and Leo, who are both convicted prisoners that must escape from prison and stay on the run from the law.
This unique combination of the co-op style and the story background will make for some interesting entertainment, while including a subtle puzzle element into the mix that forces you to think and act quickly to over come various obstacles and tasks in order to succeed.
Even though the game does look amazing at first glance, I cant help but think that the characters in the game feel a little dated knowing that the platforms the game is available on, it should look so much better. Maybe the PC version will allow for increased graphical fidelity.

3 – Sea Of Thieves.
- Release Date – 20 March
- PC, Xbox One
This open world, multiplayer action adventure sees you take command of your very own Pirate Ship as you sale the seas and around the lands in search for plunder.
It is all based on co-op based gaming with each person aboard the ships taking on specific tasks such as steering, firing cannons, hoisting sales, navigation, cook and other tasks associated with life aboard a pirate ship.
Just like some other MMO games, you have to complete various quests and battles in order to progress and get rich within the game.
Although visually, it isn't something to write home about, but it does have a very simplified/cartoonish look which both make it easy on the eyes and very fun to watch and play. The games main focus was in the co-op gameplay, mechanics and in game physics that make the whole game come together nicely.

2 – Attack on Titan 2.
- Release Date – 20 March
- PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch.
For those of you who don't know, Attack on Titan is a huge Japanese Anime that depicts a city surrounded by a wall that keeps out giant people.. Titans, and when they break through the walls to eat the inhabitants, they are taken down with a combination of slings, advanced weapons and the usual military.
Not only is there an anime series that is unbelievably popular, there is also a trio of films, comics, graphic novels and now games. The first game was an instant hit that saw fantastic anime based graphics the worked well for the game and a gripping story line that was fantastic. This game is more of the same, but in much more detail and much improved mechanics and physics, along side a heart wrenching story to immerse yourself even further into the game.
No if's and's or but's, you NEED to buy this game.

1 – Space Hulk: Deathwing.
- Release Date – 28 March
- PC, PS4, Xbox One.
If you are a fan of Warhammer 40K then you are in for a treat. Even if you are not a fan, you will still be getting a game that is beyond epic and a game that will make you a fan of the Warhammer franchise.
Unlike previous Space Hulk games that were based on a turn based style, this one changes all that up and places you inside the Dark Angels combat armour in a first person shooter as you hunt down Tyranids aboard a derelict space hulk ship on the search for artefacts.
Even though upon its announcement that it was indeed an FPS, moving away from the turn based system that previous games and the table top games are known for, the reception from fans was very mixed, but with such awesome looking graphics, and a very strong franchise behind it, the switch to FPS will undoubtedly be met with positive comments and reviews. I am firmly confident that this was a fantastic move and a natural progression for the franchise. Without it, it would have just been another generic turn based game and would have just been stale to everyone other than die hard fans.

I am working as hard as I can to get my gaming/streaming PC put together. It is all well and good telling you what new releases you should be buying, but it will be even better when I can inform you and show you what the games are actually like to play.
But these are my top picks for games you should be getting in March. A couple I already have pre orders for, so make sure you get to be one of the first people to play these games.
