Tilting is basically when a person gets mad at something, usually used in video games, but can be used in life as well. Don't click off, even if you aren't a gamer, this might help you out when you get frustrated with something. 
Gaming Tilt
In my experience people who play while they are tilted WILL play worse and be more toxic. How do you know if you are tilted? Just ask yourself if you are mad/tilted, and if your answer isn't instantly No then, think twice about joining a new game. How do I stop being tilted ? Well there are many ways. Easiest way you can deal with tilt is just to stop playing. Close your computer, go take a walk, listen to music, watch some TV or videos. You can also play something more casual or singleplayer so even if you get more tilted you won't irritate other people.
Tilt in Life and Crypto market
If someone is getting on your nerves, best way is to ignore them, but what if you can't? Then you should just listen to them, try not to show them you are getting mad at them and go on with your life. It is much easier to stay out of confrontations then dealing with the problems that come after that. If you can't stand your co-worker, just be respectful and hold your distance.
Cryto
Now we get to the part that Steemit community is most interested in. If you have a big portfolio in and you see your money going down, you should never panic sell. Maybe people just panic selled because price tipped a little too low for them, but market usually recovers and you might earn something, so never go panic selling. Always trust facts over emotion.
