Marvel going to release upcoming biggest superheros crossover movie Avenger: infity war. Generally the budget for the movie is not announced publically and these numbers is taken from the internet.
We already know MCU movies did great job on box offices in which from 16 movies 13 are sucessfully collected more than $500 million. Ant-man also collected $500 million in which people laugh at the name of movie. And doctor strange which is not generally knowned by audience which collects same as big superhero movie Man of steel. And the gurdians of the galaxy team which also not knowned by marvel fans and its sequel part collects $850 million worldwide. Which makes the marvel studio the most successful franchise in the world. Only 4 movies from MCU should collect more than $1Billion. According to all superhero movies same these 4 MCU movies came on the top are:-
- Avengers $1.5 billion
- Avengers: Age of ultron $1.4 billion
- Ironman 3 $1.2 billion
- Captain america: civil war $1.1 billion
So lets start with Avengers: infity war movie so the prediction is $1.4 billion same as age of ultron. And each character from MCU movie has been cast in this movie and they all have there own fan-following and world class visual effects and biggest cross-over movie ever and world's most popular hero in marchandise "spiderman" . And fan may watch this movie twice if its get good reviews which makes movie more sucessfull. According to these valid points movie may collect from $1.6 to 1.9 billion. But fans should thinks that this movie will easily collect $2 billion, may be. But $2 billion is not an easy target to achieve.
These are 3 movie who reach the collection of $2 billion are:-
- Avatar because visual effect and 3D technology used is too advance and story of this movie is easily understandable to the audience.
- Titanic is crossed $2 billion due to good acting and storyline and stand in thaeatre for long period.
- Star war: force awaken which is an old famous movie franchise and has a huge fan-following since old times.
But these figures are little difficult for Infinity war , but Avenger4 may cross the collection.
Now lets see the budget prediction of this movie. At the time of promotion of civil war some rumours predict that movie budget should be $1 billion. And because both Avenger 3&4 shooted continously, may be the budget for both movies is $1 billion. But these figures are not confirmed and has no official record.
But if we see the 3 big budgets movie of MCU is:-
- Avengers ($220 million)
- Captain america: civil war ($250 million)
- Avenger: age of ultron ($270 million)
And Avenger: infinity war has much budget any MCU movie because we going to see lots of character which has been introduced to the fans and fees of these actors is also high. And this movie is also has visual effect of space, costume, etc which increases the budget of the movie and the prediction of the budget is $350 million. And the budget of both movie is $700 million. And there is one more budget which is promotion of movie. The promotional budget of big movie is generally $100 million, if movie is promoted on huge level then budget will be $150- 200 million and marketing budget of both movie is $400 million, so that the budget of both movie is $1.1 billion.
