You really have to hand it to Nintendo. No matter how much you count them out or think the world of gaming is changing they always manage to stay in the race. And not only are they competing but they are leading the sales in this generation of console wars. With all these new titles being talked about a Mario game still sells like a Mario game.
What is most impressive is how Nintendo owns their franchises and can keep making games that sell from each of them. As we move into the Netflix era of gaming, content is going to be a big factor and Nintendo can make their own service with a catalogue of games that other companies do not have.
I am curious to see where we go from here in the gaming world as Google and Amazon are looking to get in but it looks like Nintendo will find a way to be a part of the party.

It's great that the Nintendo Switch is still going strong, but I honestly thought they would release a Switch with a bigger screen by now. Just look at what they did with previous handheld consoles...
