Hi Steemians, how are you all doing this weekend? Welcome back to my blog where I will be reviewing another video games. This article going to be a part 2 from previous article where I share some of the information about Racing Video games that was published for Mobile Platform, Including Android and iOS devices. In the previous post, I have shared some of my favorite racing video games which is CSR 2, Need for Speed-No Limits, and Drift Max Pro. Here in today's post, I will going to share another racing video games that I think worth to check out.
The game that I am going to talk about in today's article are Asphalt 8 - Airborne, Overtake, and Real Racing. These three games are also the games that I played a lot in my leisure time. These racing video games are also my favorite video games for mobile platform. These game that I am goin to talk about are games that I think belong to some of the best racing games that are available on the market today. However, if you have any different opinion or perhaps, you also know some of another racing video games that was good, feel free to leave a comment or two in the comment section. Alright, now let's start talking about these three racing video games.
Overtake - Traffic Racing
Overtake is a video game that belong to the genre of racing video game. This video game was offered by won1 in google play-store. Overtake - Traffic Racing is available for free to download from the Play Store. In this video game, the player will ride a car where the player need to overtake some of traffic cars that are on the roads. The more you can overtake and as fast as you can will give you more score. There is a finish line, so the player need to overtake the cars before reaching the finish line. The car will be driven by the player on the highway and also freeway. The graphics in this video game is also have one the best graphics, the traffic cars are so realistic and the camera view of the player is also from inside of the cockpit that made you feel like driving a real car.
Overtake - Traffic Racing also offers online play. You can play this game against racer or rider from all around the world with a game mode called online ranking battles. In this mode, you will race against another driver to match and exceeds the opponents speed in order to become the number 1 in the rank. The player in this game need to have a good control of the car and safely navigate the car around the traffic and overtake them. The reward in this game will be in the form of money where the player can use these money to buy cars or upgrade your existing cars. You can also check the store on the game if you need more cash to upgrade or buy new cars.
Overtake video games have major features as follows:
- The camera view of the game is from inside the cockpit to simulate a real driving experience.
- Have a realistic graphics
- There are in total of 15 cars available to choose from.
- Upgrade cars also available
- And many more...
In the game, you also can make your cars drive faster for a short time by activating your nitro. These nitro can be recharged by taking the risk to overtake and drive dangerously. This nitro gauge can also be recharge by driving on the nitro pad that are available on the road. Some of the tips that you can use to get high score is that you can stay as close as possible to other cars when you are at over 120km/h. The main point is that, if you can drive dangerously without getting crash, you will get high score.
Asphalt 8 - Airborne
Asphalt 8: Airborne is a racing video game that was released in 2013. It is the newest updates from the Asphalt series video games. The game was developed by Gameloft Barcelona. This video games was published to several mobile platform Including Android, iOS, Windows Phone, BlackBerry, and even for Tizen. In Asphalt 8, the game play of this version is very similar to the previous version, here in this version, you will only see some of the updates including new map, new vehicle, and some of other cool features.
In this game, you are as the player will play a race against another racer by driving some of the most high performance cars that ever created. There are not only cars that you can choose to race, there are bike as well. This racing video game is a bit different compare to another racing video games. Here, you can force your opponents to crash by bumping your car to theirs. The graphics in this game is also very good, when the opponents car are crashed, it is one the best moment in the game. In this version, there are a lot of cars that are available from the beginning, you do not need to collect stars in order to unlock them as what will you need in the previous games. As long as you have enough money to buy the cars, you can buy it.
Real Racing 3
Real Racing 3 is a racing video game that was developed by Firemonkeys Studios. The game however was published by Electronic Arts. Real Racing is available for several mobile platform including Android, iOS, Nvidia Shield and BlackBerry 10 devices. Real Racing 3 is the sequel to two of previous games which are Real Racing and Real Racing 2. Real Racing 3 have one of the most realistic graphics in the mobile racing video games genre. The graphics are so real that make you really driving the car in a real track. This video games also get a good review from the critics.
In term of the gameplay, Real Racing 3 have a lot of features in it, starting from the real world race track, a lot of event types or racing series, fully upgradeable of the cars, offers multiplayer and many more. In term of the circuit, the game have 19 in total, it is a simulation to the real track in the real-world. There are also 22 car grid, and there are in total of 209 officially licensed cars. Another thing that made Real Racing 3 is different compared to the two previous version is that, here you are required to maintain and keep taking care by performing service to your cars. The maintenance and service require in-game cash and the time is taking the real world time.
Real Racing is one of my favorite racing game. I Like the game because of it's realistic looking and gameplay. The camera view when you drive the car also can be choose to view from in side the cockpit which make it more realistic. Playing this game really give you the feel like you are in a real world car racing tournament.
