Welcome back again to my blog for another article on some information about pixelate graphic video games that are good but not well recognized. In today's post, I would like to share another pixelate graphic video games that was published for Android devices that I think is good and worth to download and play. The video game that I am going to talk about in today's post called "Pixel Survival". This video games is a very good video game for you who like an arcade genre video game.
I found Pixel Survival video games while searching on Google play store while for some good pixelate graphic video games. I love playing casual video games like this. When I read the description of the game, I immediately know that this game is good and I was not wrong, this game is really good and worth to download and play. The game also quite popular which make the developer of the game release two successor of the game called "Pixel Survival 2" and "Pixel Survival 3" respectively.
Alright, without further ado, let's check out what is this game about.
Information on Pixel Survival Video Games
Pixel Survival is a video game that offered by Cowbeans. This video game is belong to the genre of an arcade video game. Pixel Survival video games is offered for Android devices which. The video games is quite popular as the download information on google play store has reach around 1 - 5 millions at the time this article was written. Pixel Survival is offered for free to download by Cowbeans with an in-app purchase system. Also, Pixel Survival video game contains adds. In-app purchase system is used in order to purchase some items that will help the player to play the game easily. The resources that the player need in this game is come in the form of woods, stone and some others minerals. The character in this game and the weapons also could be upgraded.
For those of you who want to play the game, the system requirement of your Android devices must be at least on a version of 4 or "Ice Cream Sandwich" and up. The latest update of the game on Play Store is on January 5, 2017. With the two sequels of the game has been released as well, I do not think the game will get another update. However, as for now, the current version of the game have bring a lot of cool stuff and I do not find any significant bugs that could ruin the gameplay. The gameplay that already implemented in the game as the current version has is also already good enough I think.
Pixel Survival Gameplay
In term of the gameplay, Pixel Survival has a very good gameplay and fun. In the game, the objective of the player is to survive. There are going to be monsters that will attack the player and the player must do the job to prevent that from happening. There is also a house build in the game for the player and where the player will stay. Here the player need to defend the house and survive. In order to survive, there will be a lot of thing that the player to build a craft. The material or resources are available and the player need to work in order to acquire these resources. The resources include woods, stone, and some other materials. You can see the resources that available in the game from the image below.
As I said in the above paragraf, in order to survive, the player need to build or craft a trap that can prevent the monsters. There a lot of traps type that available in the game. These traps or another useful things can be seen in the following list.
- Fireplace : A cozy little campfire that can help you heal slowly and also can be a light for you that you can see other things.
- Small Trap, Big Trap, Wall traps, that can prevent the monsters that use the ground to attack you.
- Air trap, some monsters in the game could fly. So, in order to defend yourself from this kind of monsters you can deploy an this air traps.
- Machine Gun can be use to fire the monsters, but it only work for the ground type monsters.
- There are other type of item or traps that you can build such as mine, Tesla lightning machine, and Furnace.
All these item that you need to craft in order to defend yourself from the monsters are require resources. So, that you need to acquire resources while defending yourself as well. You will see the available resources for you at the left top corner of your screen. The resources that you need to craft things is depend on the type of the traps. Some might require a lot and some are not.
The video game have a day and night system. In the game, the monster only will try to attack you when the night is come. So, you can prepare for the resources and also prepare for traps in the day and at the night you can stay behind the trap. All kind of traps that you have built or crafted also can be upgrade in order to make it stronger against the monsters. These traps that you built also have the lifespan, so to make sure it will stay good, you need to upgrade them.
In the game, beside the traps that you can build to defend yourself, there are other items as well that you will get such as the swords, cloths, and some kind helmet. These items could be upgrade as well. You can use the swords to kill the monster when you need to look for the resources outside the traps area that you have built. The damage that the swords can give the the monsters is depend on what level have you upgrade it.

My Personal Opinion about Dan the Man
What I thing about this video game is that it is a video game where you can play when you want to escape from a lot of work for example. What i mean is that beside the good gameplay that this video game has, the gameplay also quite easy. There are nothing much to do and the control is also very simple and you will be not overwhelmed by the items that you need to collect or choose from such as in other video game that have similar genre. The items in the game is not a lot and it is easy to remember. So, this video game is a very good game for you to play if you just want to relaxed yourself while having some fun.
