Peperomia caperata – emerald ripple peperomia is the edition to my house plants. Found in the Brazilian forest this evergreen prefers warm weather with a minimum of 15 °C. The locals believe it is a good luck symbol so it's no wonder it's a common gift. Its leaves represent wealth. As for care this beauty only gets watered after 1-2 weeks or till the soil dries out as I like to do. It needs medium light and is very low maintenance.
