Yummy assortment! We can't wait for pumpkins and squash. Autumn is a pretty time of year in Canada, eh! It's a good time to make crafts like handprint acorns, pineneedle baskets, and decorated pinecones. Only 3 weeks until Equinox now.

Yeah, sometimes we skip a season in the Okanagan sometimes it seems. Autumn calls to mind 2 phases: the pretty and colourful, and then the cold, barren, dark and rainy post-halloween time.
Happy to say we grew everything there on the windowsill..... garlic, herbs, tomatoes.... mmm time to make sauce!
