You certainly have a nice variety. How long is the growing season where you are?

Thank you our growing season is only 88 frost free days. We have much to do in a short time. How is the growing season where you are?

Approx 4-6 months. Spring can go either way, so we usually dont put anything in the ground until May

Mid May is a nice time to get things into the ground.

You can eat those? I wouldn't last a week.

Oh they are so delicious. What are the veggies that are grown in your area?

I don't really know. I try to avoid veggies where possible. Whatever the opposite to a vegetarian is...

That is interesting. How do you get your nutrients? I know it is very important to have more than veggies but veggies also have so much vitamens and minerals in them for our bodies.

I like the cucumber the most. Anyway Admire what you do and followed you . You will like my amazing photos on travel, nature, places and people. Follow me for more.

You cannot beat home grown courgettes! (Or zucchini I think you guys call them?) I grew 2 plants in my garden last year and we were inundated with them lol great to use spiralized instead of pasta :)

I know they are so good. I ate almost the whole thing by myself. Yes we call them zucchini. I have never heard them called courgettes. That is cool. They produce so many for one plant as well. Really you only need a couple plants to have a years worth of food. I have tried the spiral zucchini it is good that way. I think the trick is to catch the zucchini when it is small. I have 10 or more plants of zuchini this year. I am hoping to trade with others. I might be over run with zuchini but I am hoping it is a good problem to have.

If you have too many, you can always spiralize it and freeze it, then just blanch it when you need it :D Yes, it is defo better when it is young and still small, once it gets big, we call them marrows and they aren't as solid inside so you have less options to be creative with it :)

I have shredded it in the past. Never thought of spiraling them and freezing them. Thanks for the tip.
