RE: Second Round of Repotting In A Rainy Day!

Everything is looking absolutely FABULOUS!!!!!!

I always have SO many tomatoes in my garden as I am forever throwing the "old tomatoes" into the soil... I actually think i mentioned this on one of your previous tomato posts haha!

Did you know that you don't even have to pot a sweet potato!!! They will forever grow in water alone.... and they don't just grow, they THRIVE! They make the most amazing indoor plants especially in a well lit room and placed at a nice height where they can trail down. They really are beautiful and their heart shaped leaves are too precious! So what a bonus.... to have a plant that makes your house beautiful and also provides you with nutritious food!

I have several sweet potato plants growing in my house but I have not as yet ever cooked the leaves.... will definitely have to try this. I suppose, it would be much like baby spinach....

Wow, I did not know that they can grow forever in the water!! And that's a great idea by making them into a house plant too, thanks for sharing that!

As for cooking them, I was just chatting with my sister about it today so I quickly go and Google and found several video about a simple stir fried method, I'm new at this too... :P
