One day we'll make you a worm farm!
I'm brewing a plan for drip irrigation with those millions of water bottles you have stacked up. It involves meters of irrigation pipe and then the water bottle serves as the water reservoir, thin irrigation pipe connected to the bottom of the bottle and the screw top regulates the outflow speed. This would enable you to feed water directly to your plants and water them with only 5 liters at a time per section. I'll see if anyone has tried it and send you a picture.

Awesome article!

@originalworks

That sounds awesome, let’s try it :)

Basically just make spider/ octopus bottles lol

With Cape Town in its drought planting vegetables where they can get a bit more shade then normal they do a bit better because they not getting that steady supply of water they just sizzle also shade cloth is a option.

Good tips for all gardeners. A mistake we all make when we start out is trying to plant things where they will not thrive.

Thanks Ceci, hope all is well with you. No more tsunami warnings!

None, this week! Only happens when there is a strong seaquake.
