Caught somewhere in Time, always in the fight with it, don.t want to let sunny days go, don.t want to travel to work while out is still dark, don.t want to look at the dying plants in the garden; it would be easier if this wasn.t the second year of welcoming winter and festivities in the distance, without excitement and plans for Halloween, New Year, Xmas; but nature is cruel and humans are stubborn, think there is a way to cheat life/death; so far, we are doing that with memories and plans for future.
This one goes to the memories.
So, from me, still being in August, some photos from my garden.
Since I have tried yellow tomatoes, they became my favorite, no matter the sort: big ones, bigger round cherries, small round cherries, elliptical cherries. They have sweeter taste and are quite juicy, with thin skin and a lot of "meat" inside.
Red ones are for the rest of the family :D

Cut into smaller peaces tomatoes, red and green peppers, cucumber, add a bit of olive oil, and refreshing and full of vitamins salad is there. Feta cheese, onion, spices, separated or together, are good addition to the basic version.

For me, plans for Christmas or New Year/similar have been always bringing some kind of depression. Don't know why, maybe as it was always the hardest period in the school, exams and deadlines... Later, when started to work, the same. Now it's nothing better, as here I can't see snow, can't feel the real cold, and don't like to travel during the winter to see the family. Only positive thing is that I can have a small winter holiday, but again I am complaining in advance how it is just too short, two weeks of having winter holidays is just not enough. So, it would be better without those celebrations hahah. Do I sound now as a party braker? 🤣
Cheating on life/death? Hm, they say we have to live in present 😁 though, the same here, memories + plans for future are more exciting to live in :)

Nooo not at all :D... you sound like me when circumstances are normal :) But at this point even planing to spend some time with the dear people on some sort of celebration sounds good. You know, the hope thing, the feeling that you have something to look forward and that something is not delayed again and again and again... When I look back at the few previous holidays/New Years when I had great time, memories are the ones that are cheating "corona killed the normal" bcs plans are on the ventilator :(
We do live in the present, just that present dies the moment it was born and only memories are those who keep life of the moment ;)
