I really admire people who can grow healthy vegetables. I have pots of onions planted but they don't look healthy. Our place is shady because of the trees and they can't get enough sun. That chicken soup must be so rewarding.

I have the same issue with not enough sunlight so I was forced to utilize this small space on my roof top. Imagine not having to buy all your veg needs from the market because your garden is sufficient? :) Yes the soup is very rewarding knowing that the bokchoi came from my garden thank you for stopping by
