Dont get me wrong, I like Gary V- he talks a lot of sense and I don't doubt that he could have a major positive impact here.
I'm just not sure why he decided to spend nearly two minutes telling the guy he didn't know about it.

I think he is trying to taste it, and I think he knows much more than he is talking about. We will see
