What is gastric ?

Natural tea:

Various natural teas, such as green tea, mint tea, tulsi tea, increase digestion and solve gastric problems.
Tamarind leaves: Refresh the tamarind leaves. Now mix tamarind leaves with a glass of milk and drink it every day. Gastric problems will be eliminated.

coconut water :

coconut water increases digestion and all foods are easily digested. Apart from this gas problem is also released. Have a habit of eating coconut water every day. Gastric will not be a problem.

To do in gas:

• Do not sleep:

The way to cure gas:
