My name is Crismar Albany Figuera Pérez, I was born on May 31, 2000 in Bolívar; Venezuela, in one of the best known hospitals in Guyana, called Uyapar at 11:30 am. I am currently 20 years old, close to turning 21.
Vivía con mis papás y mi hermana y allí fui desarrollándome físicamente y adoptando mis habilidades como gatear, luego a su vez caminar y poder comer sola, fui educada con valores para poder afrontar la vida por si mis padres en algún momento me llegaban a faltar. Al paso de los años empecé mi formación académica en “Kamoiran” a los 3 años, un kínder donde solo curse 2 niveles ya que la profesora decía que mis habilidades motoras eran de estar en otro grado, al tiempo mis padres tuvieron muchos problemas y decidieron separarse, entonces en la casa solo vivíamos mi hermana, mi mamá y yo, claro que mientras mi mama trabajaba a nosotras nos dejaban al cuido de una vecina que estuvo allí hasta que mi hermana salió de 6to grado y yo quede en 5to grado pero ya era diferente porque la señora ya no podía cuidarme y me tocaba irme todos los días donde la otra vecina porque no me podía quedar sola, hasta las 10am que me regresaba para la casa a alistarme porque el transporte pasaba a buscarme a las 11:30 am, eso ocurrió durante todo mi periodo escolar hasta que me gradué de mi colegio y pase a 1er año.
I lived with my parents and my sister and there I was developing physically and adopting my skills such as crawling, then in turn walking and being able to eat alone, I was educated with values to be able to face life in case my parents at some point missed me. Over the years I began my academic training in "Kamoiran" at 3 years old, a kindergarten where I only attended 2 levels since the teacher said that my motor skills were from being in another grade, at the time my parents had many problems and decided to separate, so only my sister, my mother and I lived in the house, of course while my mother worked we were left in the care of a neighbor who was there until my sister left 6th grade and I stayed in 5th grade but now It was different because the lady could no longer take care of me and I had to go every day to the other neighbor because I could not stay alone, until 10am when I returned home to get ready because the transport would pick me up at 11:30 am , that happened throughout my school term until I graduated from my college and went to 1st year.
Estudie mis 6 años consecutivos en el colegio “Antonio José Ricaurte” me gradué a los 12 años e inmediatamente fui inscrita en el liceo “Alta vista Sur II” allí curse mis 5 años de bachillerato, fue entonces donde conocí muchas personas geniales, amigos que aun actualmente tenemos contacto, claro que por medio de la situación país no podemos estar juntos porque les toco emigrar pero el contacto sigue. 5to año fue uno de los mejores años vividos en el liceo, forme parte de lo que para aquel entonces era la brigada
I studied my 6 consecutive years at the “Antonio José Ricaurte” school, I graduated at 12 years old and immediately I was enrolled in the “Alta Vista Sur II” high school, there I attended my 5 years of high school, it was then that I met many great people, friends who We still have contact today, of course because of the country situation we cannot be together because they have to emigrate, but the contact continues. 5th year was one of the best years lived in high school, I was part of what was then the discipline and order brigade; I was the oldest brigadier and
it was an achievement for me to be there because I was an example to follow for previous years and of course to represent my high school in parades like on April 19 in “El Cerro EL GALLO” and high school competitions that were held annually.
Fui egresada en julio de 2017 y por medio de la prueba OPSU fui seleccionada en la Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana en una de las carreras que yo misma había elegido para estudiar, comencé en el periodo 2017-2 específicamente octubre del posterior año y de allí en adelante mi vida cambio de una manera radical, No sabía lo que era estar en una institución sola porque mi hermana siempre empezaba primero que yo pero en este caso ella comenzó a estudiar en la Universidad De Oriente “UDO” y bueno gracias a que otras compañeras del liceo también les salió el cupo allí, me sentía más confiada porque no estaría del todo sola.
I graduated in July 2017 and through the OPSU test I was selected at the National Experimental University of Guayana in one of the careers that I myself had chosen to study, I started in the period 2017-2 specifically October of the following year and from there From now on my life changed in a radical way. I did not know what it was like to be in an institution alone because my sister always started before me but in this case she began to study at the Universidad De Oriente "UDO" and well thanks to others Classmates from high school also had a place there, I felt more confident because I would not be entirely alone.
En esta universidad pude hacer también muchas amistades y pude conocer mas allá de un simple salón de clases, pude conoces varios módulos e instituciones porque fuimos llevados por varios lugares para poder cursar clases, ya que nuestra sede como tal no estaba apta para arrancar con las clases. Seguí así por un semestre entero y allí si se pudieron activar las clases en nuestra sede de Ingeniería Industrial, curse alrededor de 3 a 4 semestres porque no me gusto mucho la carrera y no me sentía cómoda allí.
En febrero de 2018 conocí a un muchacho llamado “Richard” por medio de una red social llamada “Facebook” estuvimos hablando unos días pero por razones ajenas no seguimos hablando, nos distanciamos por mas o menos 7 meses y retomamos la comunicación por allí en octubre del mismo año, igual por solo chat y a mediados de diciembre comenzamos nuestra relación, fueron 6 meses de muchas lagrimas, sentimientos encontrados, dolor y también de distancia porque él vivía en un estado llamado “Sucre” y yo pues en otro estado, eran casi 12 horas de distancia que teníamos de por medio y nunca supimos si nos íbamos a llegar a ver o no, eso nos frustraba mucho. Solo de pensar que él estaría por un lado y yo por otro era muy aburrido porque yo quería conocerlo en persona y entablar una relación más formal.
Luego de esos 6 meses transcurridos, un día antes de mi cumpleaños 19 Richard llego a Guayana para darme una sorpresa, conocerme y saber realmente si eso era lo que nosotros queríamos para los 2. Celebramos mi cumpleaños y el estuvo en todo, nos veíamos a diario y fue creciendo el amor y el cariño que sentíamos mutuamente, me encariñe muchísimo con él y al cabo de un mes nos fuimos a vivir juntos a su ciudad natal “Cumana” fueron pasando los meses y nosotros teníamos planes de emigrar también de Venezuela pero los planes no se nos pudieron dar. Después de 6 meses regresamos a Guayana e hicimos una vida nueva, nuestra vida ha estado rodeada de buena vibra y muchas bendiciones. Llevamos 2 años y 4 meses y ahorita estamos próximos a dar un gran paso (Casarnos) estamos haciendo planes para que todo salga muy bonito y poder recordar este día como un gran día porque no todos los días uno no se viste de blanco.
In February 2018 I met a boy named “Richard” through a social network called “Facebook”, we were talking for a few days but for reasons beyond our control we did not continue talking, we distanced ourselves for more or less 7 months and we resumed communication there in October of the same year, just by chatting and in mid-December we began our relationship, it was 6 months of many tears, mixed feelings, pain and also distance because he lived in a state called "Sucre" and I, well, in another state, they were almost 12 hours apart that we had in between and we never knew if we were going to see each other or not, that frustrated us a lot. Just thinking that he would be on one side and I on the other was very boring because I wanted to meet him in person and establish a more formal relationship.
After those 6 months, one day before my 19th birthday, Richard came to Guyana to surprise me, get to know me and really know if that was what we wanted for the two of us. We celebrated my birthday and he was in everything. We saw each other every day and the love and affection that we felt for each other grew, I became very fond of him and after a month we went to live together in his hometown "Cumana", the months passed and we had plans to emigrate also from Venezuela but the plans could not be given to us. After 6 months we returned to Guyana and made a new life, our life has been surrounded by good vibes and many blessings. We have been 2 years and 4 months and right now we are about to take a big step (getting married) we are making plans so that everything turns out very beautiful and to be able to remember this day as a great day because not every day one does not wear white.
