During the years I have made a few drawings of shoes, slippers , uggs. No, it's not an obsession. Most of them were part of the props at art school.
My favorites ones are the following:
Pair of uggs, I drew with graphite pencils
Slippers, uggs, baby boots; I used blue soft pastel for this one monochromatic study

Uggs and slippers on a chair, drawn with soft pastels
