This was by far the simplest pizza I have ever made in my life.
It consisted of one packet of ready mix flour (just add water and knead), one tinned of blended tomatoes and Cheddar cheese.
The dough was mixed with water, kneaded for 10 minutes and left to rest for a few hours. A tin of tomatoes was blended up and cheese was sliced.
The oven was set to super hot and pizza was baked for 11 minutes.
The end result was super tasty.
