
I’m sharing with you my recipe for Filet Mignon.
It’s quick and easy and at the same time it is terribly delicious 👇
Step by step:
1.You have to buy the meat 😅 In the market they are 3 types of meat that can be used ( fine fillet,tender and delicate). I recommend you to look for the meat which looks fresh.

2.After returning from the butcher’s shop ( or your local market/shop), your first job is to marinate the meat.

For the marinade you can use a universal spice for meat, black pepper and paprika. It is mandatory to add salt and oil/olive oil.Leave it like this for about an hour.
3.Put oil/butter on the pan for about 1minute. You can use both. After this is time for the meat.I prefer to fry the meat over medium heat.

The best Filet mignion is cooked medium rare/medium - so it means that you have to cook one side maximum 5 minutes. 10 minutes for the both sides.
4.When you are done with step 3, the best part comes. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let rеst fоr аt lеast 10minutes before slicing.
