Hello fam, hope you're staying safe and keeping yourself occupied. Today I'll be sharing a portrait of an Yoruba woman in a typical Yoruba native outfit.
This is a very beautiful native attire worn by women mostly for occasions around here. It primarily consists of a head tie (gèlè), a top (bùbá) and a wrapper (ìró) amongst other jewelleries.
The lace top was quite challenging to draw because of all the beads embedded in it, it took a lot of time and patience to pull it off.

The face was mostly done with graphite, except for some very dark areas like the eyes and nostril shadows
