Frank Slim was a plant worker at a sugar producing company in Netherlands, the company produces all sorts like flour,salt and powdered cream milk. A certain day came, he was told to supervise three trucks conveying sugar to another country but unknown to anyone he had other plans for the three trucks of sugar. They took off around 3 am in the morning the said day, Frank Slim was full of joy his plan had worked when he diverted the three trucks of sugar to another location. Two days later, alarm was raised in the company that three trucks of sugar is missing till it was it investigated and it was revealed Frank Slim was behind the disappearance of the three trucks. One week later, Frank Slim was tracked and caught and later put inside jail. The judge in charge of his case ruled he was to be jailed for 10 years.
After two years in jail he got two lawyers to help him with his case that he will pay them ($30000) thirty thousand dollars for their services. The lawyers flew in from New York but couldn’t convince the judge for the court to grant him bail. Frank Slim was sad but still looking for a possible he could go out of jail till when he was told about a lawyer in Canada named Brainwash. He was convinced of the good qualities of the lawyer and hurriedly secured the service of the lawyer. He arranged for him to come down to Netherlands and explained everything to the lawyer, the lawyer assured him the case will be settled if everything he told him was true. Brain advised him on a clue that if the judge asked him the contents of the trucks he should remain his stance that it was salt not sugar, he nodded and agreed.
The day of judgement came, Frank slim was present with his lawyer as well the Company’s lawyers and the owner. When the judge asked Frank what was inside the trucks he diverted he answered Salt, everyone was surprised even the owner of the company was shocked but kept his cool because he was in the courtroom. The owner wasn’t happy at the new revelation and told his lawyers to convince the judge for everyone to taste the contents to ascertain if it’s salt or sugar. The lawyers did as they were told and convinced the judge for everyone to taste the products, as they were about finishing tasting the products Brainwash raised alarm in made a call that he wanted to raise new charges but firstly he has to phone his fellow lawyer in Canada and ascertain something from him, the judge granted his plea. He made the call and asked his friend someone who tastes a stolen product from a criminal is also liable of what? His friend answered and said he or she is also an accessory to or a criminal. The whole courtroom was in confusion then the judge ruled that if Frank Slim is to be jailed then you all should be jailed too. That was how Frank Slim was released from jail and later explained how he didn’t divert the trucks but was taken to another location by the immigration officers of the country because they weren’t speaking the same language. Mr Brainwash was later rewarded with ($2.5 million) two million and five hundred thousand dollars .
