"Jalea de mango o mermelada" para compartír en familia.

Hola a todos hoy les hize jalea de mangos para merendiar en la tarde en familia y cuarentena.

• 3 Mangos verde
• 1/2 kilo de azúcar
• canela o clavitos

• Primero que todo pelar los mango.
• Luego lo cortamos en trozos.

• En un olla con agua agregamos los mango y los clavitos.

• Dejamos enfríar.

• Luego le quitamos la pulpa con un cuchillo.

• Si desea licuarlos lo hace de mi preferencia no lo hize.

• Agregamos azúcar, la canela o clavito.

• Mezcla bién y a servir.

• si quieres lo puedes guardar en la nevera y lo comes frío es excelente.
