1 month after returning to "Daily Payouts"
Where are my XMR payments!!
Turns out, every time my balance reaches the 0.4 payout threshhold, Genesis-Mining decides to reset my balance, Skip that days payout, and keep on going like nothing ever happened.
I haven't received an XMR Payment for over 2 months!
Bad Buisness
Genesis-mining is still selling XMR contracts even though they still have yet to fix there current customers accounts and pay out what they owe...
How is that in any way legit?
After 2 months of attempting to contact support I have come to the conclusion:
- Genesis-Mining has No Support
Plain and simple.
I have a legitimate issue where I spent thousands of $$$ on Cloud Mining and they simply don't give a F&*K and don't fix shit.
Only Mt.Gox could compare to this level of SCAM
(And there sure are sticking similarities)

Funny you say this about XMR as I havent had any payouts either! I thought it was because I have such little XMR power its not reached the payout limit! I have 13K invested in GM and have made back 21K so far. But my DASH contracts is for 2 years and they are nearly absolute fuck all 6 months down the line based on difficulty!
difficulty is not Genesis Mining problem its yours, u need to reinvest in more hashpower to keep up with the coin difficulty .
also mybe try switching you hashpower to LTC for aday or two then back to XMR.
Yes fully understand that! I knew the risks and lucky I got in when I did or I would not have had any were near my money back! I convert all my hashing power automatically in to steem every day now and get around 20 Steam per day from my bitcoin mining and DASH mining. Oh and I would not recommend buying any dash contracts they are not worth it with all these super miners!

I have enough Xmr hashpower to get payments every few days.
The problem is Genesis mining is not paying me what they owe
switch your power to LTC for 2-3days and see if u get paid. u can alway shapeswift it to XMR or whatever

What they owe me should be close to break even with the price increase...
Im starting to get upset cause its becoming a decent amount of cash and i feel like im getting scammed.
They are normally good a support I find! The best contracts on GM are BTC ones! I spent 1500 On them OCT last year and they have now learnt 3k so its good on that side!
Write it on there twitter feed they will deffo get back to you!
I have no complaints about the btc contracts. The small amount i have from referals pays everytime.
Eth/Xmr is the problem.
Eth seemed to get fixed, but im still owed a significant amount from aug.
Xmr is just completely broken

i have been getting daily payouts since may2017. they did get backedlogged but seem to caught up. im sure there support tickets are also backedlogged. hang in there, mybe try make a new tickets.

Sorry to hear this. Always be the only one to own the private key to your money. Handing them over to anyone else, even for profit, defeats the strength of that security and they can use it against you.
