I have a contract since end of june, payments were allright as you can see above.
Last accumulated payment was august 12....
Last month there was a security breach and after that all went wrong.
I have sent on 3 tickets on this and only got an answer one the other 2 tickets ate unanswered for over a week...
Today I sent them the message below and hope for their response.
I hope to get your upvotes and Resteem so we can put this on the list. Genesis has to fix this shit is going on for over a month now...
"Missing payments 18,20,22,24, 25,26,27 august.
And also payments of 19 and 21 august are not double payments...
This shit is going on for over a month now.
Previous tickets no answer when will this be solved, hope to hear from you, also posting this on steemit so they can make a clear choice to use Your cloud mining service or not."
