Now, first thing this morning. I bit the bullet and pulled the trigger! I doubled down on my hash power. Now I changed all of my allocations. I will try to explain!
So what I have learned so far, when you buy a mining contract, you can allot the payout to be in a handful of crypto currencies. For Example, genesis-mining currently only has mining contracts for etherium and monero.
Below I am going to show my Monero Allocation. So I am mining monero, but genesis will apply it toward a different crypto. as follows.
So my monero contract is actually paying me out in Monero, BTC, LTC, DASH and ZEC.
Why allocate like this? Honestly, I am not sure. I believe in diversity!
I think genesis-mining is awesome for someone looking for a low risk way to enter the crypto market. Believe me, in Florida I had to jump through hoops to buy my first crypto! Felt kinda like I was buying a bag of weed! LOL I used local bitcoins and was not scammed and met a great crypto contact, but you need to be willing to give away about 10%.
Genesis mining is by far the easiest way to get in the game. Ok, enough plugging for genesis-mining, but honestly I have been trying to break into this market for 4 months and missed a huge leg up in acceptance globally. I had 3 choices, localbitcons.com (i did and only way to put any real skin in the game) Bitcoin ATM I saw 20% transaction fees versus my 10% hit at localbitcoins or 3 genesis mining. Any who! I have allowed my ethereum contract as follows;
So as you can see I have allocated my shares into BTC, ETH, ZEC and of course you can allocate to STEEM!
I am now going to show you the amounts mined before my doubling down and reallocating my mined assets.
So, the above shows the progress after 3 days mining at; 2mh/2 ether and 80h/s Monero
It will probably take a couple days for any mining difference gets allocated due to my doubling of my efforts.
I will be sure to keep you all posted with my progress and will happily check back to answer any comments about mining with genesis.

I am grateful that you find it useful, I was very afraid to join genesis-mining because I still am completely new to this crypto space. I hope this gives everyone else an inside view to make entry less intimidating.
No elevator pitch, just thinking how you could max your profit. Eth=$200ish etc=more growth and increased profitability if you mine and hold. That's what I'm getting at, I imagine and could be mistaken. Eth is inflationary right meow. Etc has lot of room for growth. thats all. I'm excited to hear what your profit is like.
I have allotted some more hash power to ETC classic, thanks for the advice!
Got into Genesis mining a few weeks ago for ETH contracts and was doing them in bigger MH bulk buys, but I started doing it just +1/2/3 MH/s increments at a time so I could use other people's affiliate codes and hoping they will use mine next time too!
